Awarded the Hungarian Heritage Prize, this band has made it their mission to preserve and pass on the culture of the Carpathian Basin—a culture with roots going back several centuries that provides true strength for survival. The members are currently musicians of the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble. Their concerts feature the most beautiful music of the Carpathian Basin. They emphasize tradition preservation and also play a major role in folk music education. A few years ago, they founded a folk music training program in Transcarpathia.
